Roehrborn Meats is a family-owned and operated butcher shop located in Brillion, Wisconsin. We have been proudly serving our community with high-quality meats and award-winning sausages since 1998.
Our shop was founded by the Roehrborn family, who have over 20 years of experience as master butchers. We specialize in providing exceptional cuts of pork, beef, lamb, and chicken for both retail and wholesale customers. Our state-inspected onsite meat processing facility allows us to offer venison sausage processing and complete processing of beef, pork, and lamb year-round.
In addition to our wide selection of fresh meats, we make all of our sausage and bratwurst from scratch using time-honored family recipes. Our homemade sausages and brats have won numerous awards over the years. We also carry a variety of artisan Wisconsin cheeses and homemade deli items to complement our meats.
